    The good thingsCan learn about many things as you involve in all audits, beneficial especially for fresh grads. Management allow you to learn anything from any dept for knowledge.
    The challengesOld-school thinking, limited and unattractive benefits, company very slow with industry trends, one high level employee keeps making other people leaving the company when the people leaving can actually work for a long time, your bonus also depends if this person likes you or not.

    The good thingsgood relationship among colleagues. colleages are supportive to support each other (but not the senior one) . flexible working hour
    The challengesFamily business. Hard to discuss with the top management (consider the family themselves). keep changing management. everything is last minute. top management will change of mind anytime they want. like to accused sales team for every issue happened. Logistics is hard to handle. always miscommunication across all departments. slow career development, the company wont give u opportunity to grow your segment sales. apply at your own risk.

    The challengesTo setup and maintain the system, difficult to make each department related to understand other department function in improving the system and customer oriented basis. Good support team but difficult to shine on your own! Recommended for fresh graduate to gain knowledge but not for professional.
