The good thingsCan learn about many things as you involve in all audits, beneficial especially for fresh grads. Management allow you to learn anything from any dept for knowledge.
The challengesOld-school thinking, limited and unattractive benefits, company very slow with industry trends, one high level employee keeps making other people leaving the company when the people leaving can actually work for a long time, your bonus also depends if this person likes you or not.

Hard to discuss with the top management (consider the family themselves). keep changing management. everything is last minute. top management will change of mind anytime they want. like to accused sales team for every issue happened. Logistics is hard to handle. always miscommunication across all departments. slow career development, the company wont give u opportunity to grow your segment sales. apply at your own risk.
