    Expect you to do more than job description stated
    The good thingsFor beginner to know all basic about manufacturing, it is good to start here. Me myself as an electrical student, basically now i know about how manufacturing works. Don't hesitate to talk and ask question as most of the employee here are very friendly.
    The challengesLot of work to do as this factory is lack in men power. Even complain it to manager, the action taken from them are so slow. The higher the position you holding, the more expectation as they want to see from you (OT & multitasking for sure). Lack of work-life balance
