    SYNERGIC EVOLUTION SDN BHD is a high end medical devices supplier. We supply high end and latest technology spinal implants and provide cutting edge procedures for patients with spinal problems. Our customers are mainly Spine Surgeon & Neuro Surgeon from the hospitals from northern, central and southern region. We are looking forward to expand our market share to the whole region in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.

    The good thingsI dunno,maybe u can get salary every month? In terms of products,there’s a lot of company out there who has better products than here.
    The challengesIn order to grow,we must have vision and plans on how to achieve our goals,but here,there’s no one who can help to execute the goals in a proper way,u just do it whether u know how to do it or not

    Product Quality is Low and Bad management
    The good thingsFew good colleagues and ALWAYS DO UNNECESSARY MEETING WHICH CAN BE DONE THROUGH PHONE CALLS OR VIDEO MEETING
    The challengesManagement is very bad in handling staffs and products, bet they greedy to sell plenty of product but didnt check thru the quality, boss is ok but he disturbed people too much
