    Well diversified jobscope with good colleagues
    The good things- Good basic salary with friendly colleagues / superior - Good place to learn about basic pharmaceutical knowledge, project management / liaison - Good place to develop self esteem and communication skills - Employees are given opportunities to take up challenging roles in project - Self-initiative are well-rewarded
    The challenges- Lack of organization structuring - contradicting instructions from management at times - Some of the experienced staffs practise self-centered thinking - No bonus
