    The good thingsI gained experience in extra mile activities such as Program Manager for CSR, Lead People engagement Festive Stream and President of Women Inspired Leadership. Legacy. I am also an advisor for department social club. I participated in Annual Dinners and team building planning and execution activities for entire company. I was given and opportunity to attend trainings every year and also my International Executive MBA certification was sponsored by my company.
    The challengesThe attitude of some staffs who complaints about the company and still work here while enjoying all the benefits given. The staffs who also being in the position but refuse to perform the duties and the company not able to do anything with the staff.

    The good thingsGood place to learn for fresh graduate. Meeting gradually, to discus difficulty in job. You can meet new colleague from local and foreign worker.
    The challengesToo many manager in the company, it is difficult to pick which manager to discuss you problem with. Need to have a conversation from foreign client or colleague through phone call, that sometimes hardly speaking English.

    Junior Engineer in a big company
    The good thingsFlexible with a less stress working environment than others normal jobs. Big team with multinational and various skills/experience per person. Friendly and cheerful working environment. There is limited access, so no worry if accidentally delete/modify the real virtual/physical devices. Senior staff very helpful but sometimes too busy so have to make do. Therefore, pretty much a lot of free time in the office.
    The challengesNeed to able to self start to learn new things, if not then every daily task is just the same. Cons of working in a big multinational company. With a virtual hierarch, make its even harder to prove yourself, also, of course need to compete with others with different backgrounds and skills. If young then its hard for us unless we can commit 24/7 to our jobs, if we are the experience one, then no need to worry. The jobs is secure.

    Used to be very proud of the company
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and helpful. Not much of politics issues . Because there is no Team A or B that you have to choose side... in here.. the MD office is the only team exists... either you with them or you are the resistance.
    The challengesThis is an IT company that run by accountants... I have to say these accountants are trying very hard to keep the business on track. However HQ had failed to put the right person in the right position. That results catastrophic outcome... If HQ were to send an experienced director to run the show... things will be very much different today.

    The good thingsGood environment. No gap between junior and senior. Can learn as much as you needed. Have multiple account that can increase your knowledge in IT. Friendly employee that always will help you when needed.
