    Good experience but no career growth
    The good thingsThe Benefits are good. They have child allowance, shift allowance and travel allowance. For fresh graduates, I highly encourage them to work here. The colleagues here are all nice. Access to food is easy. I gained some weight working here compare to my previous company
    The challengesThe management can do better. Using bell curve method for performance review is so outdated. Please started to review the managers whether they are really qualified for their position. Some are only good in blaming game. Please seek solution and do root cause analysis instead of blaming the engineers. Can you drive if you do not have enough sleep? Same thing in working environment. Please take care of the engineers and they will take care of the quality
