The overall setup of the office is nice but looks can be deceiving, when you are in the workforce the reality is totally the opposite. Very client centric focus, however the front-line employee welfare is always put behind.
The challengesCompany is micro-managing everything, to the point of selecting check-in luggage prices for offshore crew flights. Calculative in everything where in one instance I have to wait 8 hours in the airport because the company were not willing to extend the hotel room. Nonsense rules and regulations, one example employees are expected to stay at staff house without no facilities (WiFi, tv) but at the same time still need to check and send emails with their own money. There are many other things, in a nutshell, TERRIBLE.
