Family-run, unprofessional, no growth, poor benefits; friendly colleagues.
The good thingsPositive side, colleagues are generally friendly.
The challengesThe company operates as a family business, which impacts its level of professionalism. Opportunities for development or improvement are very limited. This may not be a good fit for those looking for a structured or growth-oriented workplace. In addition, the employee benefits are extremely poor and far below current industry standards.

The company has poor management, an unclear structure, and a toxic culture of favoritism, especially in its family-run leadership. Increment only offered when you decide to resign. The company enforces unfair policies, such as discouraging EL to pregnant employees, showing a lack of empathy and proper HR practices. The work environment is demotivating, with low morale and high turnover. Employees receive little support or growth opportunities. Would not recommend for those seeking career development, fairness, or a healthy workplace.
The good thingsNo good things to describe working here
The challengesMicromanagement, Family business (favoritism), low pay salary, Refuse to allow EL for pregnant women, The most toxic company ever.

Management is very micromanage. If you back home on time your boss will ask you "Go back so early?", as long as u back early than you boss he will ask u the same question and the next day will increase your work load because we back on time! Hard to get yearly increment and promoted internally. I have been work they for 5 years never get 1 bonus, from here u can how challenging if continue to stay in this company.

Good for fresh graduate not for experienced engineers
The good thingsTeamwork among your project members is very supportive. Fresh graduate can gain your working experience here.
The challengesTerrible welfares, poor IT system, no working system, decision always over right by higher-up, family business rules. Company keep the money tightly so never think upfront your money first and claim later.

Average company. Not suitable for high flyers and those who seek flexibility in working arrangement
The good thingsAverage company for employees
The challengesThey are very rigid with working in office arrangement. No flexibility in terms of working hours which is 8.30am to 5.30pm. Employee unable to take half day. Alot of force leave my management and need to deduct employee AL. Bosses micromanage, dual attendance record in apps and manually to write down on paper. No system especially for performance review. Everything is manual here. No chance for promotion.
