Not a good experience when work as an intern in the organization isation

The good thingsStaffs are friendly and willing to help interns but the salary of intern did not been paid on time. The company environment is good but the workplace culture is a sad vibe in which it requires a good management.

The challengesThe organization should consider to implement Fingerprint Time Attendance System or Punch Card Machine if the management really emphasize on the time management of its employees at the workplace.
