The challengesBack process is a wild place to be. Everything need to be fast, efficient and immediate.
Any issues at this level is a huge issue for the company as it is the last stage before reaching customers.
Since the company only hire a bunch of supervisor for a process, your job scope can be stretch a lot, hence the general title "Engineer". Its hard to focus on one thing. Because of that, you'll have limited time to plan & execute your own idea for improvement. Most time spent on reporting & execute other people's project, but still expected to have your own improvement.
However, its a good place if you're seeking experience. Stressful environment that keeps forcing you to find ways to adapt.
