All is Good, Unless You're In BACK PROCESS
The good thingsIts a stable company despite pandemic. Supportive superiors who helped you to grow & point direction for improvement. Didn't experience toxic environment, but.. (read 'Challenges section)
The challengesBack process is a wild place to be. Everything need to be fast, efficient and immediate. Any issues at this level is a huge issue for the company as it is the last stage before reaching customers. Since the company only hire a bunch of supervisor for a process, your job scope can be stretch a lot, hence the general title "Engineer". Its hard to focus on one thing. Because of that, you'll have limited time to plan & execute your own idea for improvement. Most time spent on reporting & execute other people's project, but still expected to have your own improvement. However, its a good place if you're seeking experience. Stressful environment that keeps forcing you to find ways to adapt.

I was tasked in managing the building maintenance and properties/facilities for this company factory plant.
The good thingsEngaging in so many project which you cannot learn during university. Good for experience but for long term need to be patient with the staff, contractor, and the work pressure especially when involve production schedule which obviously they want all major work to be complete as soon as possible which sometime make the contractor harder to plan the renovation/repairing.
The challengesSo many project going on while not so much skilled staff assigned to help solving the situation.Their manager for every department sometimes doesn't cooperate which make staff below them don't know what things need t be decide.
