In addition, its investment properties consist of shopping and commercial complexes.Talam is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia , the Company was once the largest affordable hoursing developer in Malaysia. It has built 200,000 housing units since the 1990s in Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, Pandan Perdana, Bukit Beruntung, Bukit Sentosa, Bukit Jalil, Ukay Perdana, Saujana Puchong, Saujana Damansara, Putra Perdana, Danau Putra nad Lestari Puchong among other townships.Currently, Talam has a land bank of approximately 756 acres, mainly in Selangor at various strategic locaitons in Sepang, Puchong Bukit Jalil and Rawang.
