    The challengesWhile the company often emphasizes its contribution to the industry and community, the reality behind the scenes tells a different story. There is a lack of ethical treatment toward employees, where feedback is often delivered through unprofessional outbursts and public criticism, rather than constructive guidance. 15 years but Performance review or management is non-existent. Promises of encouragement or support often feel superficial, with no follow-through in terms of compensation or career progression. Response times are slow, and internal coordination is poor, which reflects negatively. the working experience felt like a waste of time. The HR department is ineffective offering little to no real support to employees and often appearing to manipulate situations rather than resolve them. Count using your finger tips, usually the staffs wont stay here for long.

    A company that thrives on blind promises, shifting priorities, and leadership that values its own interests over employees, please expect unclear expectations, gossip culture, lowball pay, and constant workplace chaos.
    The good thingsYou’ll handle diverse tasks, but mostly from bad planning.
    The challengesChaotic execution, unclear roles, blame culture, last-minute changes. Management is self-serving. Salary is lowball. Growth? None. Not worth your time if you want proper grow & respect.
