Toxic workplace and Poor management skills The good thingsI rarely enjoyed anything in this organisation.
The challengesThe company environment is highly unorganized, with excessive micromanagement and management that often comes across as rude, dismissive, and ego-driven. There is little to no work life balance and task flows across departments are messy, redundant and lack proper strategic planning.
Meetings are frequently called last minute, sometimes only a few minutes in advance and often right before the end of the workday, showing a lack of respect for employees’ time and personal commitments. Staff are often blamed for project delays despite many issues originating from management’s own lack of knowledge, planning and decision-making.
The company and management also provides zero employee benefits, offers below market pay, and lacks professionalism, proper work ethics and respect towards staff. What was presented as an established company turned out to operate more like an inexperienced startup with poor structure, unclear processes and missing operational foundations.
