    No career enhancement
    The good thingsThe good things is, have medical insurance. Have 2 days off per weak.
    The challengesA lot of incoming calls and the flow of work getting complicated. So hard to apply leave if have any emergency. To apply your annual leave, must provide a valid reason. Company can transfer you to any deparment at a different location. If you not agree, you have to self resign.
