Work as Depart Head but taking executive salary level. Low staff safety risk awareness, don't have a proper SOP for all work process. Even got SOP but salesman like got right no need to follow it. Bad communication between staff. Didn't appreciate good performance staff but appreciated too bad working performance staff.The good thingsLearn a lot of things because one person need to do few people work.
