    The good thingsThis company is a good platform to brush up various entry to intermediate lever skills. The company does not stingy on provide sufficient Training for employee to grow on their career development.
    The challengesThe company involve quite a huge area that employee might hardly cope with the whole working system. Effort is needed to put in to achieve goals. However learning opportunity is huge in this area.

    Not advisable if you are looking for career growth
    The good thingsNothing much other than good colleagues which willing to help and teach. The working environment was fair because of good colleagues and location wise is good for lunch and dinner.
    The challengesIf you thinking to have career growth here, not the right place. If you think to learn something it is the fresh grade do, not the right place. No doubt can learn many things since it is a fast pace company, but not to forget, no lunchtime, no weekend or no personal time after working hour. As the top management do no take their lunch, hence meetings during lunch hour couldn't escape sometimes. If they got time for lunch, it's only 20 minutes max.
