    The good thingsLearn a lot of things since it is a big company that you working with such as receiving, picking, loading, daily cycle count(DCC), how to handle your staff and many more. A lot beneficial that you can get by work here.
    The challengesMust know how to handle your time. Because, there will be people that will push you to finish the work faster since they want catch up with the closing due date. So they want to make sure all the container stack at pot just right in time. All the delay will be a shut out. It's mean the container not stack at pot right in time and company must bare all the cost because of that. Be a team player and know how to handle your staff. One mind and one direction.

Opportunity to go outstation and working with Regional HQ in Singapore and exchange staff with GHQ in Japan.
    The challengesFuture target are retail business and a lot of challenge with the team and always have a brainstorming on how to improve the retail business with new system setup and company always go for advance improvement to proof better solution to customer!!

    The good thingsHave a great and supervision top management. The business also have a big potential to growth up on world wide. The nature of the business of logistics make us be communicating and connecting with one and others from another branches, business group in local and overseas shipping agent.
    The challengesThe company have more than 30 branches and we are competing each other so generate more profit to the same company. On my position as purchaser also need to play an important role to control item need to purchase because it will increase company expenses but on the same time need to have enough supply item to operation.

    The challengesI think the salary is quite low, but I don't think there's other 3PL companies give bonus this high. So after all, it's still a good place to work
