    The good thingsGood relationship with colleagues. Good place to gain experience & knowledge for fresh grad.
    The challengesLack of support from Superior.Need to independent if any problem occur which is actually higher level need to involve in decision making. Not good relationship between staff & div head (in one of department). Staff has no right to give any opinion or suggestion.
