    The good things- Salary offer can be very high but please don't get trick. - Work from home policy.
    The challenges- Waste time on creating account access. - Too many mandatory training that has nothing to do with Account. - No one do knowledge transfer at all since got account access issue to client portal. Have raised so many tickets but ended up no one could resolve the problem. - Poor communication skills, the people throw the ball to others all the time since it is not within their scope of work. - Unable to get laptop on first working day, too many restrictions policy which unable to access the basic PC functions. - Dental claims do not cover scaling treatment. - Turnover rate is very high in this company.

    The challengesMgmt has no clue on handle the team, promise on increment but ended up empty promises. Poor HR mgmt and communication, missing in action everytime. Job is overloaded as turnover rate is very high in this company.

    The good thingsone of the best employee, who see to that employee is comfortable in all ways, and they have a great balance between client & employees.
    The challengeschallenges are , you have to be geared up with all latest technologies. They provide lot of opportunities to work on various flavors. This is not a challenge, but push to work with pace of the team.

    The good things-Salary offer can be very high but don't get trick, you may take up few roles and this make you job overloaded. -Dental claim is high but there's no claim for optical (no coverage for spectacles and contact lens)
    The challenges-Not really confident at this company, management like to promise something but end up never deliver. -Mgmt got listens to our problems but didn't take any action. -Waste time on doing alot of unnecessary reports which do not serve any benefits or that can help to solve our problems. -HR do things too slow and never reply our enquiries. -Working place is old. -No photocopy machine.

    The good thingsThe benefit is good. In my account you can learn other than your scope if you have time. The colleague are friendly. Bonus provided but it depends on how you give value to the project.

However, they will still give you annual raise & bonus based on your skills & relevant training cert.

    The challengesThis is a multi-national company and most of the employees are recruited from various countries. As such, communication is a challenge as we will need to communicate via the tele-conference for project progress updates.
