The challenges- Waste time on creating account access.
- Too many mandatory training that has nothing to do with Account.
- No one do knowledge transfer at all since got account access issue to client portal. Have raised so many tickets but ended up no one could resolve the problem.
- Poor communication skills, the people throw the ball to others all the time since it is not within their scope of work.
- Unable to get laptop on first working day, too many restrictions policy which unable to access the basic PC functions.
- Dental claims do not cover scaling treatment.
- Turnover rate is very high in this company.
