Good working experience, but not so good management.
The good thingsFlexible working hours. Pay is good. Team is okay.
The challengesBosses micromanage heavily. Senior team hands over tasks without clear instructions and expects us to understand. No clear hierarchy. Over-reliance on using AI when we are dealing with people. Main responsibility is in Malaysia, but staying overseas. Good working experience, but not so good management because the team is not under the company's payroll, but the department's. Making things to be manipulated more easier.

It can be a great place to work, provided you have a supportive and competent manager.
The good thingsStaff Insurance, Free Parking, In-house clinic, nice landscaping, bonus, and team activities
The challengesThe stress does not stem from the workload, but rather from the attitude of top management, who focus on finding faults instead of solutions.

Despite being a top performer or highly skilled, there appears to be little opportunity for genuine growth. Manipulative practices persist at managerial level, which can make it difficult for employees to advance based on merit.
The good thingsFriendly and welcoming culture. It fosters positive relationships and makes collaboration more enjoyable
The challengesThere is a concerning pattern of toxic and ineffective leadership, where individuals who appear unqualified for their roles are placed in positions of authority. This is undermines team morale and performance but also significantly hinders the professional growth of high-potential employees

Unclear benefits, micromanagement, a biased work culture, lack of privacy in the office, and expensive food options, which ultimately led me to leave for a better job opportunity.
The good thingsWhat I liked the most was the view and the building itself, which were quite impressive. However, the office politics were really problematic, overshadowing any positives.
The challengesI worked at Taylor’s University Lakeside for six months but decided not to renew my contract due to unclear benefits, micromanagement, a biased department head, lack of privacy in the open office space, and expensive food options, ultimately leaving for a better job that aligns more with my goals.

Do not work here at all cost
The good thingsThe atmosphere and the physical environment is comfortable
The challengesReally terrible management at the lakeside campus. Inexperienced leaders are being hired there who have given very bad treatment and biasness. Very political environment and this place does not live up to a healthy workplace. They do not have proper policies put in place

Gain experience and various work skills.
The good thingsEmphasis on everyone being a team player. A good place to gain a lot of experience as you will be working on various projects and tasks. A place where you can try out new ideas for projects, and keep up with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
The challengesHeavy workload as you might need to take up several different tasks and responsibilities, as well as venture a bit outside of your working scope. It is a good chance to gain knowledge and experience but a shortage of staff puts quite a burden on the already enormous task you have on hand.

    Taylor's International school
The good thingsI was offered to work in Taylor's temporarily but already i had the best experience there. Collegues are friendly, like they have known me foreve, students are smart and talented, school is big, clean, amazing and supervised by awesome securities. I had the best times there and I wish all the best for that school to awesome success. All the teachers are so caring and very helpful. They won't mind doing the coverworks for you if you have to leave/mc. They always support me and gives me motivational advices. the school is so convenient as in the toilets are always clean, Surau is near and there are lifts so its easier for the disabilities to use.
The challengesI was new in working in International school because previously, i worked in a public school. So i had to start from nothing and learn everything again. But with the help from everybody, everything became easy.So I wouldn't say it was hard, but it was a good challenge for me to strive and learn new thing, gain new experience.

Bad Management, low pay but do more, high pay but do less
The good things1. flexible working hours .... other than that, was nothing at all
The challenges1. Such a bad management with no planning, implement something before plan well 2. Senior gain more but do less, junior do more but pay less 3. Always give fake hope, empty promises to staffs 4. Always hired someone from outside as senior or AM or higher position 5. 6 star of company but 1 star of salary, however still expect their staffs provide 6 star services to student. 6. No career path 7. Annual increment around 6% and totally was not based on your performance, (Eg, HOD likes you and you will get more increment)

    Exploration
The good thingsGive chance to us to explore and independent. We need to multitask our job and learn it properly. Beside that, I able to explore new things in this organization by manage the other task which is out of my job scope. This given me opportunity to develop other skills and deal with other people.
The challengesThe challenges working at my Organization is to manage the people who has attitude problem and refuse to work as a team. Sometimes, there has a people who make our job is difficult even there have a way to make the task to be done perfectly without consume more time.

The challengesConstant change of management. A new manager every year. Every year there is a new direction. Therefore no one stays longs enough to review your work meaning promotions are out the window. Deans think that they are gods. Enough said.
