Company Policy does demoralize/demotivate workers (HR area)The good thingsenvironment in workshop with other mechanics is quite fun. have medical benefits cover for families too. and you can experience positive culture from international side as well. local management is too dictatorship.
The challengesso many things to improve. safety in workshop must be improve!!! new management and old management must show synchronization to earn employees respect. HR must improve communication skill. must inform employees for everything they can miss out since everything HR wants to calculate (late attendance, annual leave, timeslip). since airport is fast-pace environment, hence manpower is quite crucial. however, management cannot appreciate employee who does give their all to company succeed. this demoralizing/demotivating employees by cut the salary if they exceed timeslip hour. Could not even consider some humanity on emergency purpose. Company Policy in Employee Wellfare is not supportive at all.
