Okay for people trying to start their career but not for someone looking for career growth
The good thingsWork life balance, no office calls during weekend and no overtime working. The colleagues are great often help new staffs. Colleagues are very passionate in their work and always try to deliver good results. Some of the bosses are understanding and doesn't pressure you. If you want a more relaxed pace, can work here
The challenges- Some colleagues need to stop gossiping or talking about each other as it's a little uncomfortable - Management needs to improve their communication with staffs - Management could be slightly backhanded towards staff and not always so open to feedbacks - Not much career growth in salary and position. A bit underwhelming pay - There are room for improvement especially in communication and emotional awareness
