    They just use your mind, energy and they never give you credit.
    The good thingsSelf-independent, meaning you have to learn everything by yourself without anyone guiding you, and you're expected to be a super expert.
    The challengesLousy management. Yes, they have proper SOPs, but they don't apply them when necessary. In the end, they do what they want, even if it's wrong. But when the tables turn, they're going to blame you.

    The good thingsexposed with LRT 3 project .
    The challengesNo proper SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) — meaning work is being done without a structured or transparent process. Unfair treatment — inconsistent application of rules or bias in decision-making. Favoritism — some individuals getting special treatment regardless of merit. Lack of trust in the process — leadership expecting others to “trust the system” when it’s not actually functioning properly. Pretending to follow “industrial practices” — management claims to adopt professional standards, but in reality doesn’t practice what they preach.

    Bad management but good for fresh graduate
    The good thingsGood colleague, good for fresh graduate. Can learn a few things for who just started working.
    The challengesThis company has limited capability to compete for mega or high-profile projects, only handle small project from railway or government project. Claim process quite slow, can take 2-3 months. Bonus is provided for those who work full year but its been paid on the next 2 year and paid by parts. You work full year don't expect to get the bonus next year. Expect to work on selected public holiday when others company don't. High turnover as people come and go. Why? Bad management. They don't retain or appreciate talented employee, There is a reason why project always delay. Only favoritism can stay long at this company. The work is good here but the management is not up to expectation. Some people is not competent to be a leader, they only talk a lot rather than helping or guiding the team members.

    I do not recommend for fresh or entry level to joined this company. However, the salary is quite good for an entry level.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary for an entry level.
    The challengesMy experience with this company has been extremely negative. The team is disorganized, and both the team and manager are unsupportive. There is a lack of technical guidance, and I haven't been able to develop any meaningful skills here. Career growth is non-existent, and the work environment is toxic, largely due to the project manager's behavior. Speaking up for oneself is discouraged, as it can lead to further issues. Overall, it has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

    The challengesThere are only a limited number of restaurants in the vicinity of the company, offering fewer choices. However, the company does have its own kitchen for cooking.
