    Friendly Workplace with Low Salary Package.
    The good thingsFriendly environment. Work and life balance is good.
    The challengesLow salary package and no hospitalization benefits( only clinic). Lack of yearly activities to motivate employees. Automotive customers are challenging, since need respond them quicker. Career developing is poor in this company. Lack of training conducted.
