    Enjoyable workplace with great perks and work-life balance
    The good thingsFriendly, close-knit team with work-life balance prioritized, flexible hours, festive half-days. Generous perks—gear, merch, meals, snacks, sports, even overseas trips. Well-equipped office and plenty training opportunities in product knowledge. Ideal for those in sales/marketing or into power tool.
    The challengesNot ideal for fast-paced growth seeker. Development might be limited in non-sales roles—learning curve plateaued quickly. Salary not above market with minimal increments. Unrealistic HQ sales targets may lead to low morale. Manual, paper-heavy processes. Some job titles may lack substance.

    The so called top management never listen to employees' voices
    The good thingsAn above average benefit and paid perhaps, nothing else they did provide the good hardware.
    The challengeswork for a uncaring office management and toxic routine for the employees. And the english of the two two management are really bad!

    Rapid growth company
    The good thingsPeople are generally nice and helpful especially if you are new to the powered tools industry. The company is going through a rapid growth and expansion process thus, there are a lot of new faces in the company. In general, the entire workforce is quite young with an average of around 32. It is a good place to work if: 1. You have the interest in the power tools industry (generally, wholesale, trading and distribution 2. You are seeking a company with rapid growth and expansion 3. You want to be in the know for all things power tools
    The challengesShould you work here, you will need to overcome: 1. Some of the ignorance and arrogance of certain staff especially the younger ones. 2. Sometimes you will be working alone (especially hands of work) although you are in a "team" and some team members hardly even offer to help but rather stand and watch and not get their hands dirty. 3. You will need to be persistent is getting important information for new products to be able to do a better study the potential of the product in the local market. 4. If you chair a meeting or discussion, remember to steer the discussion back on track whenever it starts to go out of topic. It happens very often. 5. The difficulty in meeting your management staff as they tend to be in very frequent discussion which tends to last quite a while which is also party due to the fact that the management seems to have quite a number of staff reporting directly to them. 5. Career development for senior level staff is quite limited.

    A dynamic company that motivates employees to innovate and grow
    The good thingsIt has a work culture which is passionate and innovative towards the power tools industry. Most of the people here are nice and willing to help especially when you are new! It also features comprehensive training programs which shows the commitment of the company towards employees' learning and development.
    The challengesBe ready for challenges and it might sometimes stress you out if you are new to this industry. There is a lack of information sharing across organization which might cause communication gaps among employees. Take initiative to get updated!
