    friendly environment but KPI is the must
    The good thingsthe working environment is good, colleagues are nice and friendly
    The challengesKPI is hard to maintain, the management force you to achieve KPI though you MC(inclusive of Covid quarantine) and AL for long period. Otherwise, management require you to come over weekend to cover the shortfall. It's fine if you can work without taking AL and MC within the month to achieve your KPI.
