The good thingsAlthough company have not much project in hand but company still maintain the field force. The company still provide car, medical insurance, allowance and mileage claim to staffs. All bosses is very friendly to all level of staffs and sometime they are join lunch with the staffs in the nearby restaurants.

The challengesThe company is going to change from a infra structure contractor to a housing development company. It is a new challenging change of company work style to most of our staffs which we have not touch before. All staffs will learn and benefit for this changing.
