    Such a good experience
The good thingsI get to explore things that are impossible for me, such as how I can handle customers directly under small supervision. My immediate manager and my team members are the most supportive and cooperative people I have ever seen. They are always there for me and the other team. I'm grateful for having these people around me for a year.
The challengesI told you that wherever you go, there must be challenges. For me, my challenge is that I have to handle customers directly because, as you know, humans have their own behavior, but I did it. I'm proud of myself.

The challengesOld ways of doing things, at manager level you still do not have authority for absolutely everything - must go to at least GM level. red tape is too annoying
