The good thingsThe learning curve at TGBS, from comprehending internal processes to getting practical experience with systems and procedures, has been what I've loved the most. Building my talents was made simple by the friendly culture and mentors' advice.

The challengesEnhanced communication across departments. Delays and misunderstandings may be avoided with a more transparent update and feedback mechanism. Improved electronic instruments. Such a good experience

The good thingsI get to explore things that are impossible for me, such as how I can handle customers directly under small supervision. My immediate manager and my team members are the most supportive and cooperative people I have ever seen. They are always there for me and the other team. I'm grateful for having these people around me for a year.

The challengesI told you that wherever you go, there must be challenges. For me, my challenge is that I have to handle customers directly because, as you know, humans have their own behavior, but I did it. I'm proud of myself.
