    Good working environment
    The good thingsIM is able to get along with me and other team members. This makes it easier to carry out tasks. IM and other team members provide adequate guidance in doing the job.
    The challengesThe main challenge is in dealing with customers. Retail division is one of the units that deal directly with customers who use TNB services. As a worker, we need to know how to deal with customers professionally.
