Accompanied by her after-sales spares, TESSB embarked on services of rotating equipment to complement the nature of her business.TESSB moved fast to bring in reputable international principal and partner with its technology to Malaysian waters with the intention to bridge and captivate the market.     Friendly Workers and Flexible! Enthusiastic and Vigorously Sports involvement!
    The good thingsImpressive how the company grew over the years! From a small space to bigger and moderate zen and warm work place area which attracts the optimistic in the environment. The best part about the company is, it encourage the staff to explore by travelling be it for business purposes or yearly company trip! Majority of the team members are into sports and the company encourage it to be held monthly. I find these lifestyle in Terra is healthy for an organisation because it increases the positivity, mentally and physically.
    The challengesWith the amount of experience the company have achieved, the company could improve in expanding to other region such as Singapore or other Asia countries.

    Dislike the work lifestyle
    The good thingsThe employees within the company were helpful and taught me well during my early employment. I have learnt well on handling my scope of work and I am truly appreciate to have basic work knowledge on administration, secretary and clerk.
    The challengesI've worked in several industries, however working in this company is the most terrible I've experienced. We have to work 6 days a week for at least 12 hour and there are no balance between work life and personal life. We worked in an poor air-conditioned office more than half day and it was never comfortable. It would be great if the company could improve work time management and the facilities
