To sum up everything, I would say that it is a mix of pleasure and a little bit of pressure when working with Texas Chicken. The good thingsI got paid with considerable amount of money in accordance to the workload that is given to me. Apart from that, the workers whom I worked with are all friendly and funny, which gives a good vibe towards working environment.
The challengesWhen it comes to food preparations, one must not be late nor too early to deliver food to the counter once it had already cooked/baked/grilled. The estimation of right time with right proportion/amount of food to cook are also important as to avoid abundance of cold food and wastages. Aside from that, the restaurant also deals with customers outside kitchen area. This requires several workers ranging from 3 to 5 people to assist customers in serving clean eating area, clean plates and providing beverages.
