The challengesI had a very negative experience working in the Quality Assurance department at Texas Chicken Malaysia. The work environment felt toxic and discouraging, especially due to leadership issues. The QA manager itself .Feedback and suggestions were often dismissed, and there was a pattern of belittling or undermining team members, which affected morale and mental well-being. The department also suffers from high turnover, with many employees leaving within a short period because of the stressful atmosphere. Decisions sometimes seemed influenced by personal bias rather than professionalism, which made the environment feel unfair and unproductive. Overall, I would not recommend joining this team based on my experience.
