    Be serious people!
The good thingsI first learned about my work here. The management are open and let their employees to explore their role.
The challengesThe culture was not healthy. They need to hire talents with very good technical skills and also very good interpersonal skills. I also worked as their vendor once and their technical was terrible. They need to upgrade their working style to a very professional and international level. Too much of gossips, hanky-panky, politics and stuff like that. They should be really serious and focusing on their main business which is contributing to oil and gas engineering industry and just that. And hiring process also should never be taken lightly.

    Tough year in 2015
The good thingsThe new leadership that bring about positive change, and most importantly, deliver positive “top line” and “bottom line” results. These are indicators that will be constantly measured upon, which will ultimately determine the company's vision & mission.
The challengesThe year 2014 and 2015 will not be a good year for this company, and it can be sadly expected to find it almost hard to meet the Organization Board’s demands due to the global oil price slump halting almost all new “greenfield” project.

The good thingsthe best part working in THHE is the project team and the work that I've done here. The team is really supportive and never stop in giving the ideas. Furthermore, even our support team such as the Subcontractor team and Vendor are really helping in achieving our goal which is to complete the fabrication of High Pressure and High Temperature Tie- In and Module six of Compression Module.
The challengesThe higher management of the company should start to look at the current operation management since the it's interrupting others work especially the project team. There are no support too from these personnels and really giving a hard time and challenging to the team in completing the work. As the consequence, most of the good personal are leaving the company.

The good thingsThe office location is great, where it is located in the golden triangle. A lot of public transport and I dont need to drive to the office and make me less head ache due to no need to go through the traffic jammed.
The challengesThe perks is not good and all budget is thight. So we have running the department with a very low budget. We have to be creative to convert some Capex become Opex in order to get what we need.

    It is not easy
The good things-The exposure to oil and gas documents/contracts is very thrilling yet interesting. -The exposure to many kind of transactions (share swap, asset acquisitions, joint venture with local/international players) is very valuable. -The team members are mostly matter experts. They are very humble when it comes to sharing their knowledge.
The challenges-The competition outside is very tough. There are so many players, small and big, offering their level best of service/work. This somehow minimizes the chances for the company to survive/keep alive/come back after the restructuring in 2009. -Financial constraint. The decision to venture into floating vessel service at the time of still coping with finance is not wise somehow.
