Doing things differently because it is effective and worthwhile. Practising methods that we only read in textbooks. Understanding the 'bigger purpose'.
    The challengesWell if you are NOT the type who loves challenges and willing to proceed on your own initiative, this may not be the place for your. The systems and methods force you to inculcate positive habits and values that make you a better, all-rounded professional. If you can't put the interest of others before you, this may not be the place for you.
