    The challengesRequire to assist the F&B division in setting up ballroom and function rooms as there were insufficient manpower. Finish work late.

    Comments and findings
    The good thingsAble to learn about a 4 star hotel operating method and system. In terms of reporting system and weekly meeting is really helpful so as to keep everyone on their toes.
    The challengesShort of staff in the banquet division and always require to hire part timers. Other department staff need to rope in to help for any big functions. Being a MOD we really work late till midnight and no rest day.

    The good thingsPlenty of learning directly from the MD, which is good. Teamwork supposedly without politics, however not always true.
    The challengesChallenge is the 360 review to peers and subordinates which does not necessary project the truth and might be misinterpreted.
