    This Amazing Little Gym Malaysia!
The good thingsThe working environment here is amazing. Bosses are great. Work is super fun & career advancement is good too. Best job for younger people of ages between 18 - 35.
The challengesThe challenge would be working on weekends which is a MUST for all staff. The job scope is physically challenging too as it requires you to be physically fit. So please be sure to have your fitness in check before you get in =D The new pay scheme is great for full-timers but of course it has it flaws when you work lesser hours/ or do lesser classes.

To supervise students in the class with control, enthusiasm, and safety precautions.
The good thingsCoaching never gets boring because you never know it all. Alongside the fact that the code of points and competition structure is constantly evolving, you are always learning from experience and refining your coaching technique. Therefore, coaches who believe their students can succeed, and let them know they have confidence in them, will in turn have the confidence to try harder and keep trying, and are more likely to accomplish it.

    Good turned horribly bad
The good thingsIt was nice working in a multicultural company. Met people from few places around the world. The training provided was good. There was room to grow and learning opportunity was good.
The challengesThe bosses were biased towards local employees and tend to believe people from their country.

    Serious FUN!
The good thingsFun environment, great working atmosphere. It's never a job, it's a playground
The challengesThe biggest challenge is not the kids, it's the adult. Quite the contrary, it's the grown ups that gives you the complains.
