The challengesThe challenge would be working on weekends which is a MUST for all staff. The job scope is physically challenging too as it requires you to be physically fit. So please be sure to have your fitness in check before you get in =D
The new pay scheme is great for full-timers but of course it has it flaws when you work lesser hours/ or do lesser classes.
