Only if you're passionate about NGO and ASD
The good things- Flexibility on programme creation and decision making - Exposure on ASD - Teamwork
The challenges- Resistance to change - Your voice don't really matter - Some employees come to office just to play phone - No career development opportunity - Training is only focusing on teacher - Daily gossiping - Very low salary with very limited benefits - Board member too dependent on employee to generate income

I gain lots of experiences in handling child with autism and other disabilities
The good thingsI have fun working with kids because they have such a beautiful soul eventhough they may not know how to take care of themselves or being able to act like a normal child. But deep inside, they still have feelings and so much love to those who care about them. They also have potentials that can be polished with a right method. I am proud to say that Iam their teacher, seeing how much they improved themselves.
The challengesI need to be very patient and also flexible in order to give the best for these children. I also need to be pysically strong and fit to be able to compete with their attitudes and tantrums. I also need to be creative to make sure they are able to learn as much as I want them to.
