    The challengesNo direction, management keep on changing the direction of business and strategy, depending on who's the new top guy. Too many resignation, can't retain people coz a lot of egoistic person at management level. Creating fear among the colleagues.

    OK for short-term career growth
    The good thingsFlexi / WFH, and good staff benefits and good and prompt support from HR & Admin, IT and Credit Control.
    The challengesMany senior leaders have left within in 2 years and replaced by new ones. Unfortunately, many lacked leadership and do not know how to guide staff other than lacking in knowledge and experience. Difficult for staff to execute plans if leaders themselves do not know, and do not share information. Agency admin is the worst.

    The challengesBad management and poor leadership. Most of the senior managers are failed to show and guide their subordinates properly. Benefits kind a weird for exec level and above, eg: for dental the company will only covers 80% of the cost, while for the clerical will get 100% reimbursement.

    The challengesMy department emphasizes "Teamwork" and to work together as a team but the superiors are not practicing it. They throw works to the down lines and what they do is monitoring the staffs and looking for faulties. No direct communication between staff and superior, demotivating staffs.

    Good and Easy to Approach for Advice
    The good thingsSome of the Heads are very good. I can go to HR to discuss work issues as the boss has good insurance business and hr experience even go down to sort out issues. Good guidance and get things done fast. Very approachable even though strict.
