    Poor leadership by management
    The good thingsJust a normal 8-5 working hour company
    The challengesBad management and poor leadership. Most of the senior managers are failed to show and guide their subordinates properly. Benefits kind a weird for exec level and above, eg: for dental the company will only covers 80% of the cost, while for the clerical will get 100% reimbursement.
