The challengesOne of the main challenges I faced was the frequent changes in processes and workflows. It could be overwhelming at times, especially when handling multiple brands, particularly during year-end promotions when the workload becomes extremely high and non-stop. On top of that, managing all channels such as chat, email, social media, and calls at the same time added to the pressure.
