A supportive and friendly workplace with helpful teammates and leaders, though growth opportunities can feel limited unless you're favoured.
The good thingsWhat I liked the most about working here is the fun and friendly environment. My teammates, team leader, and managers have all been really supportive and helpful throughout my time here.
The challengesOne of the main challenges I faced was the frequent changes in processes and workflows. It could be overwhelming at times, especially when handling multiple brands, particularly during year-end promotions when the workload becomes extremely high and non-stop. On top of that, managing all channels such as chat, email, social media, and calls at the same time added to the pressure.

The challengesThe company lacks proper management support, and staff often handle excessive workloads as if there is no structured leadership. The primary focus is on sales, with little consideration for employee well-being. Many Valiram stores are understaffed, requiring lower-level employees to take on managerial responsibilities. Sales targets are set unrealistically high, seemingly to avoid paying commissions, and bonuses are often unfulfilled promises. While significant funds are spent on personal events, staff continue to face challenging working conditions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace.
