The good thingsYou learn things in global scale with people from multiple culture and background. Working perception is very much different from a local organization where every expectation is placed high. The staff that works here came from all around the world so you learn about their culture, work style and built your skills.
The challengesUnderstanding the multicultural is challenging and need to be handle carefully. You wouldn't know what you did might seems a normal thing to others but some will thought of it as offensive. This is where you need to be an open minded person and carefully behave.
