    Good for me because I learn more each department operation and how to operate
    The good thingsI learn more task in every department which is Kitchen, Food & Beverage and Engineering department. I love to learn now things because can give me more benefit and new education.

    Too much work to handle by one person
    The good thingsFree meal, colleagues can listening to our problem but can't help much.
    The challengesNo parking for staffs, need to walk about 15 min from our parking space. Any summon from the authority can't be claimed. Head of department treated the staff unfairly. Colleagues are not helpful. They just take care of their own self. Too much work need to be settled until you don't know which one needs to do first but all they know is the work must be done today. They don't want to listen to staff problem on handling the jobs. Salary payment sometimes late.

Some are upset because they're confused.Some are upset because of a mistake that you or your company might have made (whether it's truly a mistake, or just a mistake in their eyes) and some are simply having a bad day. Also about the discount, discounting can be a dangerous tactic.On one hand, offering a discount might be the motivation that some potential customers need to finally buy from you.
