Employees at Think Osem appreciate the collaborative spirit within the team, where everyone works together tirelessly, particularly during major projects or events. They value the opportunity to learn and grow, both professionally and spiritually, through their work experience. The overall work environment is described as positive, with colleagues being supportive and friendly across departments. Think Osem offers attractive benefits to its employees, including yearly salary increments, high bonuses, fun activities, and overseas travel opportunities. Employees find the management to be kind and understanding (to a certain degree).

However, there are some potential challenges. The dynamic nature of work presents constant challenges and opportunities for multitasking, requiring employees to continuously learn and adapt swiftly. At times, employees may be required to take on tasks that are not part of their primary job responsibilities, particularly when the company is pursuing certain goals. A dynamic company where personal growth is nurtured alongside project development.

Best working experience. I grew and learned a lot here.
The good thingsCurrently, the company's most expensive thing is the overall environment. Colleagues are close with one another no matter the department, helping each other and supporting each other's back. People are positive, and their energy is addictive. There are a lot of utilities to enjoy: a surau, fridge, microwave, water dispenser, a unique presentation room, a conference room, etc. A lot of fun activities, traveling overseas, appreciation events, yearly salary increments, and high bonuses, especially when the company's performance is high. A company that lets you grow maturely.
The challengesYou need to be independent most of the time. Very fast-paced, especially when there's a big event or project ahead. Sometimes, you need to do tasks that are not in your job responsibilities; thankfully, the management praises our ADHOCS and projects in our KPIs.

    The best working experience.
The good thingsThe management is kind and understanding (at a certain degree), salary is normally above average, they are not so strict, the employees are often friendly and happy and don't mind working together no matter the divisions. Environment is positive.
The challengesBecause the management is too kind, a lot of employees like to come very late, but action has never been taken. I believe management has to fix this.
