    A calm learning environment with good exposure and space to work independently.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the learning exposure in treasury matters, including dealing with bankers, sukuk, RC reviews, cashflow projections and LC process structuring. The work environment was generally calm and allowed me autonomy in managing tasks, which helped me grow in decision-making and problem-solving. The team was supportive when needed.
    The challengesSome processes and approval flows could be streamlined for faster execution, especially when dealing with external parties. With clearer structure and communication channels, efficiency can improve further. More cross-department involvement could also enhance information flow and reduce bottlenecks.
